Over the next couple of years I will be seeking out and training at all of the best Crossfit and functional fitness gyms across South and Central America. I plan to train at each for an extended period of time, ranging from a week to a month, to ensure that at the end my reviews are in-depth, fair and consistent. I want them to be full of useful information, not just on the gym but on the surrounding area from the point of view of a Crossfitter.
